Melissa has had 25+ years experience offering bookkeeping services to small businesses and did just fine for herself through referrals and ongoing clients. However, she’d also had a few gigs over the years teaching small businesses to do their own bookkeeping and found she really enjoyed this. It was prime time to refresh her business with a modern, high end look that would attract her new type of clients.

Dove deep into what her new target clients were feeling and experiencing so we could create a messaging strategy that would inspire them to reach out for help
Consulted with her on how to get only the right clients onto consultation calls and into her sales process, in order to save her time and energy
Took her outdated, homemade logo and updated it into one that was modern and trustworthy - but not corporate and stuffy
Chose new brands colors, typography, and stock photos in order to give everything a consistent, polished look
Wrote the copy and compiled all the new brand identity into a strategic, fully responsive website that makes her perfect clients want to book an initial consultation
Created an array of identity materials for Great Owl so Melissa could get her new brand out there into the world with confidence
