When you’re a coach, your relationship with the client IS the product. So bringing out your personality in your brand is the big fish in attracting people you’re going to jive with. It’s what differentiates you from the millions of other coaches out there doing the same ol’ thang.
Who’s Jocelyn? A wise, nature-loving, horse whisperer with a penchant for handwriting and illustrating custom plans for her clients. You bet we were going to play that up in her new brand!
Jocelyn already had a successful corporate branding career, but came to me when she was wanting to grow a second part of her business coaching female entrepreneurs on their personal brands. While these are related, they are two completely different types of clients that require two very different sets of brand vibes and messaging.
She found herself in this figurative pickle, and she tried to jam everything under her corporate brand and website, quickly figuring out that it just wasn’t going to work. And that’s when she came to us, stuck on what to do.

Prior to working with Tracy and her team, I was struggling with how to position my 1-1 coaching for small business owners AND my brand strategy work with large organizations. I tried to jam it under my consulting business website, but it didn’t all fit. I wanted a website that felt like me and how I show up to my 1-1 work, still “professional” but not all buttoned-up and corporate. I felt like I had one foot on first base and one foot on second base. I was stuck.
I met with Tracy and Anna to talk about my new brand and how I wanted it to feel and to whom I wanted to speak. They had tons of experiences with coaches and knew that there needed to be strategy behind the website, as well as beautiful design. I hadn’t found that with other design firms. Absolutely zero hesitation after we met. Signed up on the call.
I’ve gotten so much clarity around this part of my work. I have new found confidence around showing up online since I have such a beautiful website and brand assets. I’ve been more proactive in my marketing efforts since I have a place to send people to learn more about my business.
